We are pleased to announce that famed coloratura
soprano, teacher, coach, and English diction specialist Erie Mills will
be conducting a masterclass for singers August 19, 2017. The class
will be held at Santa Fe Community College, Room #727 in the Fine Arts Center, will run from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and will be
accompanied by Nathan Salazar, noted collaborative pianist and coach at the
Santa Fe Opera.
Miss Mills is accepting singers of all levels, experience and musical genres: opera, art songs, oratorio, musical theater, Gilbert & Sullivan, etc..
Class size is limited, and the fee is $60 per student. Participants will be expected to prepare a minimum of two selections, sending two copies of their sheet music to Santa Fe Music Works at least two weeks in advance of the class.
Auditors and observers are welcome; tickets are $15.
